The ACE Group of Companies® is a global insurance and reinsurance leader in property, casualty and
financial services.
The ACE Group of Companies® contained thirteen intranets representing various international regions that
were all unified into one global intranet with a user community numbering in the tens of thousands.
Responsibilities for this project included managing the migration of content from the regional intranets into the global
intranet, facilitating the promotion of global marketing brand guidelines, promoting global information
sharing among international departments, managing all global user training and user support.
Responsibilities in the project were carried out under the direction of Microsoft.
ACE Limited, ACE INA, ACE USA, ACE European Group, ACE Bermuda, ACE Life, ACE South Africa, ACE
Tempest Re, ESIS and NewMarkets Insurance Agency are all holding companies within the ACE Group of
Companies®.
Responsibilities included managing the development, design, content management and launch
of 28 international and multi-lingual websites, including the corporate website. Responsibilities also
included promoting a global marketing brand, managing all user training and support, interfacing with all
communications groups to manage content changes and managing the translation of content for the
multi-lingual websites. Executive support was also provided for the corporate website
(www.acelimited.com), which was used to communicate news and financial information to investors.
