IBM employee who has also served as a resource for projects under the direction of
Microsoft.

intranets and the
management of countless internal websites and content management systems.

to create innovative and unique designs for each customer. We do not use cookie-cutter designs or recycle our past designs.
With most website projects, a customer first hires a designer to design the look of the site, and then looks for a seperate
developer to "code" the design to create the website. This approach usually results in a designer creating a design that
may not be practical enough to translate into a website, or a developer not having the skill to carry out the design.
In either case, the customer is left with a website that is not what he or she envisioned and is stuck paying the
designer and developer who are blaming each other for the project failure.
